Designer turned Baker…
It all started with a birthday cake years ago, while I was working as a graphic designer for a major toy company. I began baking for fun, which served as a form of escape and relaxation from the long hours and hectic schedule as a designer. Eventually, I chose to change careers, and return to school to receive formal training as a Pastry Chef.
My goal as a Pastry Chef, is to bring back the craft of baking “made from scratch,” the old fashion way - by hand! It is a craft my Great Gram'Ma and Aunts have taught me. Today, I present the best quality traditional pastries from our collection of sweets.
